We are so grateful and pleased with everything Bob, Patrick and Diane have done for us to make a difficult time bearable. Diane called me immediately after I spoke with Bob to offer her advice and condolences. Patrick is a true artist and gave us a true presentation of Nicholas, it helped to bring us a measure of peace. The entire process, from our first call to Bob, was handled impeccably, everything asked for or discussed was done, not one thing was missed, they knew and anticipated every detail and executed flawlessly, this is a very rare trait in today's world. The best was Diane, just off the plane from a quick trip to Florida, she made it to Mass, and then in the pouring rain was out in the street at the church directing traffic with a Funeral Crossing sign as we left for the cemetery. The Hennessey's are a remarkable family, we couldn't be more thankful for all their expertise, comfort and genuine compassion in our most tragic time. Thank you so very much and God Bless you

We are so grateful and pleased with everything Bob, Patrick and Diane have done for us to make a very sad and difficult time memorable for us. Diane, whom I've known for many years, called me immediately after I spoke with Bob to offer help and advice and kept on top of everything.

I can't say enough about the Hennessy family. My father Bill Henry, Sr, brother Bill Henry Jr, and brother Rob Henry all played golf with Bob Sr. They have taken care of all the arrangements for my father, mother-Marie Henry, my granddaughter Courtey Leppert and now my sister Susan Henry Owen. They are like family to us. Diane makes you feel like you should pull up a chair and have a cup of tea with her. Bob and Patrick do everything possible to make all the hard decision easier at the hardest time. Our family thanks the Hennessy family from the bottom of our hearts.

I returned to Hennessy's today to purchase my husband Angelo's headstone, and once again, I was greeted with such kindness and warmth. Diane helped me every step showing me all my options and listening to my sister and me as to what our family needed and what my husband would want. Just as they had for his funeral, they helped my children and me with each decision we had to make, never rushing us but guiding us and listening to what I needed along with my children and grandchildren. They have all gone above and beyond from my first phone call through the burial and now the final step, the headstone. Thank you all for helping my children and me through this challenging time. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Diane, Bob, Patrick and family for providing such a warm, loving send off for our mother, grandmother, family member and friend. You jumped right on the phone to have our mother transported from SW, FL back to her home in NJ without hesitation. You all showed so much compassion and dignity and ensured our mother's final celebration in life would be filled with everything she's always needed, love. There are not enough words to say how grateful our family is that we had Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home overseeing our mother's funeral from the beginning to end. The gentleman playing the bagpipes, (mom's dream) was a classy touch and he played beautifully. You are all angels. Thank you, again. Renee` Fanelli-Galloway and family.

We wanted to say thank you for your professionalism and care you provided for our son’s funeral. From the obituary to the cemetery, everything went perfect, not to mention handling such a huge crowd. His death has been a horrific experience for our family and his wife and children but the care you gave Dennis from the get go, really helped to ease some of our pain. We will always be appreciative.

I contacted Bob shortly before my Mother passed. When they were called to come to our home, Bob was with them. I felt like a friend had arrived. Very comforting to my heart. The Memorial service was beautiful. Afterwards, I realized that I didn't take time to grieve... I called and spoke with Mary Ann & asked to come over to spend some personal time alone with my Mom. When I arrived, MaryAnn was so kind and sympathetic to my feelings; like family. She had things all set up for me. When it became time to transport my Mother to her resting place, Bob called and asked me if I'd like to come over before she was transported. I was so glad he called and asked. It gave me one last time before she was on her way. I do know that even though she personally was not there but with Jesus, It gave me a last point of contact until I see her on the other side. You may be thinking that this is a business they have to be like that... No, Not necessarily... You may go to a Doctor because he is good at what he does but wouldn't you rather have a Doctor that is good at what he does and have a good bedside manners??? Kind and caring??? It made all the difference in the world. Thank you Bob and Mary Ann and the staff for your kindness.

I appreciate all you did for me during a very sad and difficult time. From the very beginning of the process to the final moments at the grave site, your kindness and patience made the celebration of my Brother’s life, John Fabrico more than I could possibly imagine. I would like to thank Robert and his staff for making what was a difficult time easier. He handled and put together our funeral without complications. We felt as though Robert was one of the family. I would like to personally "thank you" for the wonderful treatment and caring that you gave all of us in behalf of my Father-in-Law. We in the family appreciate the way it was handled and the extra care given to Mary, as this has been a very difficult time for her as well as those closest to John. He was a proud veteran and the Navy engraving on his casket was very touching. Again, my "many thanks" for taking those extra steps in a very trying time. You guys were "GREAT".

Thank you for your patience with us. We were upset at my Dad's funeral but Jim's was so much harder for us. I know this is not just a job or anything to you. You all are really concerned for the families you deal with and it shows. He would have especially liked the dogs being there to calm Nikki. I really appreciate the special attention you gave the girls - they really took this hard, especially Nikki. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. God Bless.

Your compassion and support meant so much to us, especially Ed and me. Our mother, Nan, as the children and neighborhood tots knew her, looked like our glamorous "Auntie Mame". It was so unbelievable how you restored her beauty. Everything you did, you did with such a professional and caring manner. I already instructed my children to take me to Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home when my time comes, which, by the way I hope is a long way off!

Thank you for your prayers, words of comfort and acts of kindness upon Jerry's death. What a blessing it was for us to walk in and see Jerry looking like Jerry. It was the best gift you could give us - to say goodbye to our husband and father - looking, as he should not - as we experienced in the hospital. Words cannot express how grateful I and my family are to you both for the excellent job you did with my Father's burial plans and execution of everything you did, to make us comfortable at such a very difficult time in our lives. Everyone who attended commented on the beauty of the funeral home and how comfortable they felt. Thank you for making such a difficult time much easier... and for making my Father's departure from this earth, one of dignity, great respect and love.

On behalf of my entire family, I would like to take this opportunity to both personally and professionally thank you for all you have done with the passing of my father. You made an extremely difficult time a little easier knowing the both of you were in charge. My father thought the world of each of you and treated you as his own. I will be forever grateful for the friendship you have shared and for you have done.
